The faculty are Dave Judd, Linda Franklin, both experienced meditation teachers & Kim Woodward, certified yoga instructor with years of Zen meditation practice, and myself, contributing in Yoga, Meditation and Buddha dharma study.
The course includes The Four Foundations of Mindfulness. That is mindfulness of the breath, body, the felt sense, and thoughts. This is much of what I bring to my classes. It is wonderful to hear these clear voices offering these timeless and essential teachings from the heart.
Suitable for beginners or for students with prior experience who wish to broaden their practice.
